Hard work is the key to success is a well-known adage, though a little bit of luck plays a positive role, but I believe that hard work is the key to success. In fact, if only luck is to be considered, no one would work, but just wait till their luck shines up.

I totally agree with the idea that Hard Work is the main key to success. One has to work hard in life, in order to achieve his or her goals, without hard work a person will end up with nothing else just the miseries, regrets and unsuccessful life.

If we look into our past or just have a look around us, we can find so many examples of people who worked hard and lead a very successful life. Some people who don't work hard and leave everything on its fate, they believe that a miracle would happen to help them. They are so adamant about their idea that they completely ignore the fact and live in their own dream world. But in the end, they really regret their decision when they have to face the undesirable repercussion. They end up with agony, ignominy and unsuccessful life.

I am pleased to inform you that "Rajpuriya Group" is now stepping in education field. As I felt especially in the insane context that students have the talent and interest in doing something else and end up studying and doing something altogether different. When an individual is naturally not inclined or passionate about doing something, they cannot realize their full potential as an individual. The choices that students make should not be limited by external pressures or lack of awareness about themselves and the environment.

I don't believe anyone here would be willing to say that they are seeking anything but success. We strive for success in virtually all areas of life. Success is the prize we seek and without good education to our children it is hard to achieve. Someone one said, "it is not the destination, it's the journey". Our goal is success adapting and providing best process. I simply care about education, I would do anything, whatever it takes to provide the best education possible.

"SO THINK BEFORE YOU ACT. A tiny step in the wrong direction will lead you towards an irreversible cycle of failure, dissatisfaction and waste of time and potential".

People who succeed in life are generally those who possess a solid set of values and outstanding leadership skills. So question arises, who should take the responsibility for ensuring that children learn these traits? Certainly, parents are responsible for ensuring that children obtain the necessary grounding and a strong value system, but since children spend a significant portion of their lives in schools, therefore schools are also ultimately responsible for ensuring that children know the difference between right and wrong and moral and immoral behavior. But to be truly effective, character and ethics education should be a collective effort, adopted by the "Super -Majority" of the school community, including students, parents, teachers, staff and administration.

Together, we should encourage students to understand other people's thoughts and feeling. Best wishes for an eventful and enterprising new academic year.

To achieve success, we certainly need a goal to be set. In addition, we need hard work, patience and "inspiration".

Inspiration is not a new term for any of us. Every successful man derives inspiration from some or the other source, the sources are unseen and unobserved.

The hard work of an ant carrying a small piece of grain to its destination may inspire you, if you really want to be inspired. Even the stiffness of a stone may inspire you to be strong.

When times are tough and your heart's zeal has sunk like a pebble in the water, search for inspiration.

Look outside in the world, inspiration from someone shall serve as a torchbearer. A candle may inspire you to burn in order to provide light to others. In simple words to bow down your life for the good of the others.

We may get inspired by anything, maybe the hard work of a bee, self-respect of the down trodden, the challenge faced by the river without halt or it may be an expectation of a loved one. Whenever it may be derived from, but it is important to be inspired.

In the toughest situations of our life, we may find a person who is struggling in tougher situations without any respite, this inspires us to realize that there are still many people who are in worse conditions than ours. Words of wisdom are, however, the greatest source of inspiration.

Inspiration helps us to adapt ourselves to situations. Even the toughest situations do not stand in front of our strong will power. Inspiration and hard work serve as pathways to success.

Inspiration is hidden in the dew on the grass, in the blue of the sky, in the eyes of a loved one, in the rest of a small creature, in the faith of God, in own conscience, and also in the greatness of the great and worthy men.

The Principal’s Message

The word Education comes from "Educo", which means to go within. In 21 years of my teaching experience, I have learned that education is beyond learning to read and write.

Parents send their children to school, where they hope children become learners, with the tools they need to succeed in life. Schools take children from and send back to their families, where they assume the families will provide the support that children need to grow and learn. This circle in which the home and school share the resource of children is the prime concern at "STEP AHEAD PUBLIC SCHOOL", where the aim is to optimize the development of students through a synergistic collaboration between families and the school.

Both parents and educators have a large stake in children's success and the linkages promoted to facilitate it. No one would dispute that, but conceptualizing and handling the connections between home and school may be done in many ways depending on the ground realities and specific ideas about the rights, roles and responsibilities of participants in education. Caution needs to be exercised while conceptualizing these connections as they have implications not only on activities undertaken, but also on the way the scholars choose to think about parents and education places. At "STEP AHEAD PUBLIC SCHOOL", we therefore try to think beyond the underlying dimensions of power and ideology in the interactions between parents and educators so that the home school relationship is strengthened and the student's potential is harnessed completely.

Imparting education is not a mundane process that is restricted solely to the use of chalk and blackboard. At "STEP AHEAD PUBLIC SCHOOL", teachers are not programmed to simply pass on knowledge and facts to the students. Our teachers teach them to logically think and reason, ask questions, discover, develop, encourage logical reasoning and independent problem solving skills in the students and foster a care and concern for fellow beings to execute every task entrusted to them with efficiency, responsibility and dedicating. The basic 5 qualities that we seek and aim to develop in a teacher are:- Vision, Passion, Integrity, Connectivity and Intelligence. In order to improve and increase the overall performance of the faculty, we organize and participate in a variety of workshops, seminars, conferences and team building exercises. These workshops play a vital role in upgrading the knowledge base and the latest trends in education.
